Four stunning hand-rubbed lacquer finishes give this Export the highest quality look in its esteemed history. Pearl's TH1000 series infinitely adjustable Unilock tom arms are now standard on ECX. The matching 5-1/2" x 14" maple snare drum is another strong upgrade. Standard features like the acclaimed I.S.S mounting system, 45° precision-cut bearing edges, and ProTone heads remain strong compliments to this time-tested series.

SST Shell Technology Export Custom drums feature premium 100% 6-ply maple shells made using Pearl's proprietary SST shell technology. The SST shell technology produces superior shells that exhibit optimal resonance and extreme strength.

Tom Mounting Export Custom ECX drums feature I.S.S. tom mounts and TH-1000 tom arms. The I.S.S. tom holders attach the tom bracket to the rim of the drum, thus permitting the shell to vibrate freely for maximum sustain and resonance. TH-1000 series tom holders feature Pearl's infinitely adjustable UniLock system for pinpoint tom positioning.
